    He holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development, with a focus on human security, conflict economics and international governance.

    Timo Nieminen

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Timo leads commercial strategy, defence-sector partnerships and regional market development. A former high-level operations officer with deep expertise in security frameworks, he brings structured execution to the defence, humanitarian and critical infrastructure sectors.

    His background combines operational leadership with the structured execution of market entry in regulated environments.

    Chief Finance Officer

    Sander leads financial strategy, capital structuring and resource allocation. With extensive experience as a founder and executive across the technology and ecommerce sectors, he brings strong expertise in scaling ventures, securing investment and building resilient financial structures.

    His background combines entrepreneurial leadership with disciplined financial management, supporting sustainable growth and operational stability.

    Chief Operations Officer

    Simon oversees operations, procurement and logistics execution. He began his career in investment banking, specialising in risk management before building and scaling independent commercial ventures.

    He brings financial discipline and supply chain expertise to Fortivus, supporting regulated procurement, vendor coordination and institutional delivery capability.
